Supply Work definition

Supply Work has the same meaning in the Documents as water supply work has in the Act;
Supply Work means a work for or incidental to the taking of water under a group license for the use of occupiers of lands within a private district;

  • Initial Developer Water Supply Work means Expressway Spares, being the person who commenceds any part of the Development at a time when the construction of the Water Supply Work hads not been commenced.
