Supply Time definition

Supply Time means Lead Time, as reduced by the Stocking Policy, as illustrated in the diagram in Item 6. Supply Time for each Product is set out in Item 6; Term in respect of this Agreement has the meaning given to it in clause 3.1, and in respect of a Contract Note, has the meaning given to it in clause 3.2;
Supply Time means the duration from the date a Valid Service Order in respect of a Line is received by Eircom to the date the working service is made available for use.

Examples of Supply Time in a sentence

  • This stock quantity must not be varied without the prior written consent of Aristocrat, and must be used by the Supplier to reduce the Product Lead Time to the Supply Time specified in this Agreement.

Related to Supply Time

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Disinfectant contact time (“T” in CT calculations) means the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application or the previous point of disinfec- tant residual measurement to a point before or at the point where residual disinfectant concentration (“C”) is measured. Where only one “C” is measured, “T” is the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application to a point before or where residual disinfectant concentration (“C”) is measured.   • Gas supply service means the provision to customers of the
