Supply Time definition
Supply Time means Lead Time, as reduced by the Stocking Policy, as illustrated in the diagram in Item 6. Supply Time for each Product is set out in Item 6; Term in respect of this Agreement has the meaning given to it in clause 3.1, and in respect of a Contract Note, has the meaning given to it in clause 3.2;
Supply Time means the duration from the date a Valid Service Order in respect of a Line is received by Eircom to the date the working service is made available for use.
Examples of Supply Time in a sentence
This stock quantity must not be varied without the prior written consent of Aristocrat, and must be used by the Supplier to reduce the Product Lead Time to the Supply Time specified in this Agreement.
