Supply Provider definition

Supply Provider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.18.

  • The End User acknowledges and agrees that: (1) Travelscape, LLC is the supplier to the End User in respect of an Affiliate-Collect Booking or Expedia-Sourced Travel Booking; (2) in the case of rooms booked as part of a Packaged Product, Decolar shall operate as the Merchant of Record and Travelscape, LLC shall be the supplier to the End User and (3) the applicable Travel Supply Provider is the supplier to the End User in respect of a Property-Collect Booking.

  • The State shall be responsible, and agrees to hold each Water Supply Provider responsible, for operation and maintenance of all installations and facilities which it or a Water Supply Provider pursuant to a subagreement may construct for the diversion or withdrawal or release of water, and the State or each Water Supply Provider shall bear all costs of construction, operation, and maintenance of such installations and facilities.
