SUPPLY PACKAGE definition

SUPPLY PACKAGE means the HVAC, HVAC Controls, Lighting, Lighting Controls, Domestic Hot Water, and Renewable Energy Systems to be supplied, installed and placed into operation by the installing contractors for this project..
SUPPLY PACKAGE means the heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and controls to be supplied, installed and placed into operation pursuant to the Contract. The Supply Package will be integrated into the Project as part of the Contract and this Agreement.

Related to SUPPLY PACKAGE

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Finished Product means the final packaged product intended for human consumption;
