Supply Meter Point definition

Supply Meter Point means the downstream flange or outlet of the nearest emergency control valve installed by National Grid or to be installed by National Grid upstream of the location or proposed location of the Metering Equipment or the Connection (as the case may be);
Supply Meter Point means the Supply Meter Point (at the Premises) specified in Part 5 of the Schedule hereto;
Supply Meter Point has the meaning given to it in the Uniform Network Code; and

  • Wales & West Utilities will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Supply Meter Point Reference Number notified in respect of a new Supply Meter Point in accordance with this Clause 10.1 is the Actual Supply Meter Point Reference Number.

  • Where the works include Connection Works in relation to one Service only, then Wales & West Utilities shall advise the Customer, in the notice issued pursuant to Clause 2.5(b), of the proposed Supply Meter Point Reference Number for the new Supply Meter Point to be established pursuant to the Works.

  • The Customer shall be liable for and shall reimburse Wales & West Utilities for any amounts paid by Wales & West Utilities to the Registered User(s) pursuant to Section J of the Network Code in respect of a failure to make gas available for offtake at the Supply Meter Point in question or any other Supply Meter Point(s) on the Site as a result of the performance of the Works.

Supply Meter Point has the meaning given to that expression in the UNC. Supply Meter Point Reference Number has the meaning given to that expression in the UNC.
