Supply Issue definition
Supply Issue is defined in Section 1.166(a).
Examples of Supply Issue in a sentence
You agree to indemnify Pharmac and Health NZ (as applicable) for any damages, liability, loss, cost (operational or otherwise) or expense awarded against, incurred or suffered by Pharmac and/or Health NZ as a result of or arising from a Supply Issue (other than a Supply Issue resulting directly from a Force Majeure Event).
You agree to indemnify Pharmac and Te Whatu Ora (as applicable) for any damages, liability, loss, cost (operational or otherwise) or expense awarded against, incurred or suffered by Pharmac and/or Te Whatu Ora as a result of or arising from a Supply Issue (other than a Supply Issue resulting directly from a Force Majeure Event).
