Supply Day definition

Supply Day means any calendar day during the Delivery Period during which the BGS- FP Supplier is providing, or is obligated by this Agreement to provide, BGS-FP Supply to the Companies.
Supply Day means the day to which a nomination or accepted nomination relates (that is, the day on which the trading electricity is provided).
Supply Day means any calendar day during the Delivery Period during which the CPP-B Supplier is providing, or is obligated by this Agreement to provide, CPP-B Supply to the Company.

Examples of Supply Day in a sentence

  • Supply Day – Any calendar day during the term of this Agreement on which the DS Supplier is providing, or is obligated by this Agreement to provide, DS Supply to the Company’s DS Customers.

  • The Supply Day Ahead Index Price (including the Transaction Cost) for each Day during the relevant period shall be the Supply Day Ahead Index Price published on the Day immediately before such Day.

  • The Authority may Lock or Unlock Baseload Blocks and Peakload Blocks of an Electricity Product: on the wholesale electricity market; using an Index Price (which may be Monthly, Quarterly or seasonal); using the Supply Day Ahead Index Price (purchases only); or on a Balance of the Month basis (purchases only).

  • The Parties agree that the effect of Locking the Contract Blocks at the Balance of the Month Price is to fix the price for the remaining Days of the Month in question at the agreed Balance of the Month Price rather than at the Supply Day Ahead Index Price.

  • Each Nominated Quantity will be deemed to be the Agreed Quantity for the relevant Supply Day.

  • Where a Maximum Available Quantity and Minimum Available Quantity are specified in Item 7 of the Schedule, Buyer must notify Seller of the Nominated Quantity for each Supply Day in accordance with the limits specified in the Schedule.

  • Supply Day – any calendar day during the term of this Agreement on which the BGS- RSCP Supplier is providing, or is obligated by this Agreement to provide, BGS-RSCP Supply to the Company’s BGS-RSCP Customers.
