Supply Amount definition

Supply Amount means, with respect to each Dispatch ------------- Hour, the amount of Energy and Ancillary Services, not to exceed the Asset Bundle Capacity for such Dispatch Hour, requested by Buyer to be delivered by Supplier during any Dispatch Hour. The Supply Amount for any Dispatch Hour shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
Supply Amount means, with respect to any Dispatch Hour, the amount of Energy stated in Exhibit 13 unless reduced pursuant to Section 12.1.2 (Planned Outage), Section 11.6 (Emergency), or as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 3.7.1 and Section 3.7.2 (Adjustment to Supply Amount). Examples of Supply Amount in a sentence

  • If Supplier's schedule of Ancillary Services is less than the Supply Amount of Ancillary Services in any Dispatch Hour during a month, Supplier shall reimburse Buyer for such Replacement Costs for the difference between Supplier's schedule and the Supply Amount of Ancillary Services.

  • Where the relevant monthly payment in respect of the NIE Energy Supply Amount or the PPB Amount is a positive number, the Licensee shall pay the relevant amount to NIE Energy (Supply) or NIE Energy (PPB) (as appropriate) in accordance with the agreement referred to in paragraph 9 or 10 (as appropriate).

More Definitions of Supply Amount

Supply Amount means the “Supply Amount” as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement.
Supply Amount means, with respect to any Contract Year, the annual amount of Energy stated in Exhibit 13, in each case unless reduced pursuant to this Agreement. The Supply Amount is firm for Energy, subject to the requirements of this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Supply Amount means the maximum number of Bottles in the Product mix set forth on Schedule 3.1.1 permitted to be sold hereunder and all sales and the arrangement of sales of the Product must immediately cease no later than the Selling Termination Date regardless of whether the amount of Bottles actually sold during the Selling Period is less than the Supply Amount.

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security as of either of such dates on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation and reasonably acceptable to the Majority Holders, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Excess Cash Amount means, as of any Excess Cash Measurement Date, (a) the total amount of Unrestricted Cash, less (b) the sum of (i) the applicable Minimum Cash Threshold hereto corresponding to such Excess Cash Measurement Date, (ii) the total amount of scheduled payments due by OEC and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, under (x) the New Notes and (y) any other Permitted Indebtedness in each case in the subsequent twelve (12) month period, (iii) projected expenses for the Issuer to conduct its operations during the subsequent twelve (12) month period, including any foreign currency conversion expenses and (iv) for any Excess Cash Measurement Date through (and including) December 31, 2024, any Fines due by OEC and its Subsidiaries for the subsequent twelve (12) month period; less (c) an amount equal to the Required Gross-Up; provided that any items already deducted from cash and short-term investments of OEC and its Subsidiaries for purposes of determining Unrestricted Cash shall not be deducted again for purposes of determining the Excess Cash Amount.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Maximum Commitment Amount means Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).
