Supply Agreement - India means the contract manufacturing agreement between IR or one of its Affiliates and Buyers, for the manufacture and sale of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ products manufactured in Bangalore to IR or its Affiliates after the Closing, substantially on the terms attached hereto as Exhibit B, or such other terms as the parties may mutually agree.
