Supplier Subcontractor definition

Supplier Subcontractor means any Affiliate of Supplier, or subcontractor to or agent of Supplier, that performs Services hereunder, even if not approved by the Province to perform the Services as required pursuant to Section 4.4 or Section 4.5, as applicable.
Supplier Subcontractor means any contractor or subcontractor of Supplier, at any tier, performing one or more Secure Services on behalf of Supplier.
Supplier Subcontractor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(a). For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier Subcontractors shall include Approved Subcontractors.

  • The Monitor is under contractual obligation to treat the information and documents of the Bidder/ Contractor/ Supplier/ Subcontractor with confidentially.

  • Nothing contained in the Master Agreement or this CSA shall create a contractual relationship between any Supplier Subcontractor or its employees and the Client.

  • Supplier, Subcontractor and prospective suppliers to Purchaser are expected to be aware of these policies in their dealings with Purchaser’s employees and their family members.

  • If Supplier becomes aware of any actual or suspected breach by a Supplier Subcontractor of its subcontract or if Supplier reasonably believes that any breach may occur, Supplier will immediately notify the Province in writing and provide the Province with the information relating to the breach or possible breach as the Province may request.

  • Subject to Section 4.5, Supplier will ensure that any Supplier Subcontractor consented to by Province is made subject to the relevant terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Nothing contained in the Master Agreement or the CSA shall create a contractual relationship between any Supplier Subcontractor or its employees and the Customer.

  • Supplier warrants and agrees to execute and deliver to Owner, and Supplier shall cause Subcontractor and the employees of Supplier and Subcontractor to execute and deliver to Owner, any and all documents that Owner may reasonably request to convey to Owner any interest Supplier, Subcontractor or any of their employees may have in any Work Product or that are otherwise necessary to protect and perfect Owner’s interest in any Work Product.

  • Supplier shall ensure each Supplier Subcontractor complies with all relevant terms of the Agreement, including all provisions relating to Experian Data, Personal Information, or other Confidential Information of Experian.

Related to Supplier Subcontractor

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. See Form Q.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
