Supplier recommendations any advice or recommendation given by the Supplier (or its employees or agents) which is not confirmed in writing by the Supplier, shall be followed or applied entirely at the Customer’s risk and peril, and therefore, the Supplier shall not be held liable for any such advice or recommendations that are not confirmed in this manner.

  • Throughout this FSA, the other FSAs, and the Agreement, where Supplier is required to provide its recommendations and inputs for practices, processes, tools, procedures, Changes, Assets, or any other recommendations and inputs related to the Services to County, Supplier recommendations and inputs are required Deliverables under the Agreement.

  • This Guarantee is void for any situation where Supplier determines that the Products were not stored, installed, maintained, utilized and operated in accordance with Supplier recommendations as cited in the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals supplied by Supplier.

  • Incorporated in these records shall be sampling and data gathering according to Supplier recommendations.
