  • This clause shall not apply in relation to data concerning End Users who continue to access and use the E-book Supplier Platform and Services after the period in question.

  • In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Customer’s End Users may continue to access and use the E-book Supplier Platform.

  • All use by the Customer and by any End User of the E-book Supplier Platform is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in (a) in the case of the Customer, this Agreement, (b) in the case of the End User, the ▇▇▇▇ and the Privacy Policy that each End User has to click acceptance to when using the E-book Supplier Platform.
