Supplier Permits means the Supplier Permits listed on Exhibit R to the Supply Agreement.

Examples of Supplier Permits in a sentence

  • Supplier shall secure and pay for all Supplier Permits required for the Delivery of the Supply Items to the Designated Delivery Location.

  • Buyer shall perform, or cause to be performed, all of its obligations hereunder in a workmanlike manner and in compliance, in all material respects, with Applicable Laws, the Buyer Permits, applicable Supplier Permits, copies of which were delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 6.6, Prudent Wind Industry Practices, the Technical Specifications and the other requirements of this Agreement, all as more particularly described herein.

Related to Supplier Permits

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Licenses and Permits means all foreign, local, state and federal licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, Contracts, consents, accreditations and approvals necessary for the operation of the Business.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Parent Permits means franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, concessions, registrations, clearances, exemptions, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease and operate their respective properties and assets or to carry on their respective businesses as they are now being conducted.
