Supplier Location means any location of SUPPLIER or DESIGNATED SUBSIDIARIES accepted by PURCHASER for manufacturing, stocking and/or distribution of the PRODUCT(S) under the FPA.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
