SUPPLIER LOCATION definition
SUPPLIER LOCATION means any location of SUPPLIER or DESIGNATED SUBSIDIARIES accepted by PURCHASER for manufacturing, stocking and/or distribution of the PRODUCT(S) under the FPA.
SUPPLIER LOCATION means a physical location where an auto rental business is operated, including sites for the delivery of rental vehicles, under the Supplier’s logo, trademarks, or tradenames.
