Supplier Integration Deadline definition
Supplier Integration Deadline means the later of: (i) * days following the date on which a Supplier is Signed-up; or
Supplier Integration Deadline means the later of (i) * following the date on which a Supplier is Signed-up or (ii) the * specified in the contract between the Supplier and Neoforma, as either may be adjusted pursuant to Section 3.8.2.
