Supplier Infrastructure definition
Supplier Infrastructure means the computer hardware, software, communications systems, network and other infrastructure used by Supplier to host and provide the Cloud Service.
Supplier Infrastructure means the infrastructure used in the course of the provision of the Services whether the infrastructure of the Supplier, a Supplier Affiliate or Subcontractor. Subcontractor means contractor appointed by the Supplier in accordance with the agreement to provide all or part of the Services Supplier Personnel means any employee, contractor or agent (including the employees of such contractor or agent) of the Supplier engaged by the supplier to provide the Services Systems means the information and communications technology system used by a party in performing the Services including any software, middleware, hardware, devices and peripheries.
Supplier Infrastructure means the equipment, hardware, software (including, as applicable, operating systems, middleware, and ancillary applications), permits, registrations, telecommunications connections, and other infrastructure necessary to provide Online Services and maintain all backups of Online Services, including backups of Content.
