Supplier Fee definition
Supplier Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.a(xi).
Supplier Fee means the fee charged by the Supplier to cover, for example, the costs associated with administration, recruitment, completion of all pre-placement NHS employment check standards, ongoing management of the Temporary Worker, payment of the Management Charge to the Authority and other overheads including staffing costs and reasonable profit margin
Supplier Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Clause 2.9; and
