Annual User Fee definition
Annual User Fee. – shall mean the fee established by the District for any person that is not a member and wishes to become a Non-Resident Member. The amount of the Annual User Fee is set forth herein, and that amount is subject to change based on Board action.
Annual User Fee. – shall mean the base fee established by the District for the non-exclusive right to use the Amenities. The amount of the Annual User Fee is set forth in the District’s rules.

More Definitions of Annual User Fee
Annual User Fee. – shall mean the fee established by the District for any person who is not a Property Owner and who wishes to use the Amenities. The amount of the Annual User Fee is set forth herein, and that amount is subject to change based on Board action.
