Supplied Data definition

Supplied Data means the data provided by the Licensor to the End User under the terms of this End User Licence.
Supplied Data means any information, documents, designs and data supplied to the Operating Company, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, whether by their consultants, agents, servants or other such personnel.
Supplied Data means catalog information, product information, pricing data and User business rules provided by User and contained in the Marketplace.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Weather Adjusted Data means gas or electric consumption data for a given period that has been normalized using stated period’s heating or cooling degree days.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Tax Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.
