Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Final Prospectus, any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under the Securities Laws relating to the distribution of the Securities hereunder;
Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and
Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;

Supplementary aids and services means aids, services, and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings to enable a child with a disability to be educated with non-disabled children to the maximum extent appropriate in accordance with 707 KAR 1:350.
