Supplementary Trust Deed definition
Supplementary Trust Deed means a supplemental deed executed between the Pension Fund Manager and the Trustee, with the approval of the Commission, describing any amendments made to the Trust Deed. Such Supplementary Trust Deed shall be binding on each Participant, as if he is party to it and so to be bound by its provisions;
