Supplementary Instructions definition

Supplementary Instructions means these Instructions.
Supplementary Instructions means amendments to the Instructions to Bidders, issued as a separate document, which describe instructions unique to a particular Owner or Project. The Instructions to Bidders shall not be superseded or amended by Drawings and Specifications, unless so provided in Supplementary Instructions prepared by the Owner and approved by the Department.
