Supplementary Documents definition

Supplementary Documents means the documents listed in Annex 1 of these Conditions of Use, as amended from time to time.
Supplementary Documents means all information, forms (including application forms), schedules, Service Materials, user guides and any other agreement, amendment, statement, disclosure, notice, request, consent, information, instruction or communication made, given, sent, received, accepted, signed or processed verbally or in paper or in electronic form through any communication channel in connection with the provision of Services by the Bank to the Customer. Use of Account/Services A new clause is added. When a new service is offered by the Bank, the service is deemed to be a “Service” under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, immediately when the Customer is enrolled in, authorized for, or uses the service, without any other action required by the Customer, the Bank, or any other person.
Supplementary Documents. Supplementary documents are limited to the specific types of documentation listed in the PAPPG, with exceptions specified below. Proposals containing special information or supplementary documentation that has not been explicitly allowed in the PAPPG or this solicitation, such as article reprints or preprints, or appendices, will be returned without review.

  • The plans, Standard Drawings, these Specifications, Invitation for Bid, Loudoun County Revisions to VDOT Division 1 General Provisions, Supplemental Specifications, Special Provisions, Special Provision Copied Notes and Supplementary Documents are parts of the Contract.

  • The Customer agrees to be bound by the latest version of the Supplementary Documents and Service Materials from time to time made available on the Bank’s website for the Services, or otherwise provided to the Customer.

  • The Applicant is advised to arrange its own professional review of the translated contents before executing and submitting the Application Forms and/or the Supplementary Documents.

  • The Parties hereby agree that the Supplementary Documents of Original Contracts which the Transferor and the Transferee issues or causes to be issued according to the provisions of the Original Contracts shall be terminated and have no any effect from the date of effectiveness of this Agreement, and the Transfer, the Transferee or the third party issuing the relevant Supplementary Documents of Original Contracts shall cease to have any obligation thereunder.

  • In consideration that BCCL will not charge any fee for the translation service and Additional Translation Service provided by BCCL under this Agreement, the Applicant acknowledges and accepts that BCCL has the absolute right to decline or refuse to translate any of the Application Forms, any of the Supplementary Documents or any other document, if applicable, at any time in its sole discretion.

  • The User is obligated to take note of any Supplementary Documents prior to making any Offer.

  • The Parties automatically waive any right of recourse and claim (if any) against other parties under Supplementary Documents of Original Contracts.

  • The Applicant acknowledges that BCCL makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, nor accepts any responsibility or liability for the accuracy or reliability of the translation provided and/or the information contained in the Application Forms and/or the Supplementary Documents, or the completeness or suitability of the Applicant’s application, the Application Forms and/or the Supplementary Documents.

  • Further, BCCL shall not be liable to anyone for any failure by the Applicant to disclose any material information or for any inaccuracies, omissions or misrepresentations made by the Applicant in the information contained in any of the Application Forms and/or any of the Supplementary Documents and/or any of the Chinese translation thereof.


More Definitions of Supplementary Documents

Supplementary Documents means interest rate swap, cap or collar agreements, interest rate future or option contracts, currency swap agreements, currency future or option contracts and other similar agreements designed to hedge against fluctuations in interest rates or foreign exchange rates.
Supplementary Documents means any instruments, security agreements, confirmations, certificates or other writings executed and delivered by the General Partner supplementary to the execution and delivery of any Guaranty.
