The Customer will provide any Supplementary Document requested by the Bank for such purpose, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
This shall mean computer hardware products and associated operating systems software described in a Supplementary Document and on which the Application Software will operate.
Any Supplementary Document, including Instruments, bearing any such signature shall have the same legal effect as if in written paper form signed by the Customer, and the Customer is bound by, and responsible for, the resulting transactions.
The Customer designates the message centre available on RBC Edge as its designated information system, and consents to the provision by the Bank, and receipt by the Customer, of any Supplementary Document through that Communication Channel.
