Supplemental Work definition

Supplemental Work means remedial work approved under these Regulations and includes a written examination, an oral examination, a research paper, written work and an oral presentation; and
Supplemental Work means any Service provided hereunder which is not covered under the MCPH Program. All Supplemental Work shall be at Copa's expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in Exhibit A.
Supplemental Work means any Service provided hereunder which is not covered under the MCPH Program fixed rate per Engine flying hour. All Supplemental Work shall be at Customer’s expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in Exhibit A, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.

Examples of Supplemental Work in a sentence

  • The State will issue work authorizations using the form included in Attachment D (Work Authorizations and Supplemental Work Authorizations) to authorize all work under this contract.

  • Any Supplemental Work Authorization must be executed by both parties within the period specified in the Work Authorization.

  • Any changes in a Work Authorization shall be enacted by a written Supplemental Work Authorization before additional costs may be incurred.

  • Changes and modifications to a fully executed Work Authorization shall be made in the form of a Supplemental Work Authorization.

  • In no event may the aggregate amount of compensation authorized under Work Authorizations and Supplemental Work Authorizations exceed the Compensation Cap.

  • Favorable developments or events which enable meeting goals sooner than anticipated in relation to an applicable Work Authorization’s or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.

  • If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.

  • The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, any exhibits attached hereto (which exhibits are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Contract), any fully executed Work Authorizations; any fully executed Supplemental Work Authorizations and all fully executed Contract Amendments (as defined herein in Article 14) which are subsequently issued.

  • Engineer has the responsibility to submit proof to County, adequate and sufficient in its determination, that tasks of an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto were completed.

  • If Engineer does not perform the Engineering Services in accordance with each applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall have the right to terminate this Contract as set forth below in Article 20.


More Definitions of Supplemental Work

Supplemental Work has the meaning set out in Section 2.1.
Supplemental Work means all work: (a) ancillary to a Service described in a Service Order that the parties agree that the Supplier shall provide; or (b) identified in this Agreement as Supplemental Work;

Related to Supplemental Work

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.

  • Space Plan herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, detailed plans (including any so-called “pricing plans”), including a fully dimensioned floor plan and drawn to scale, showing: (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, and any demolition or relocation of walls, and details of space occupancy and density, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) electrical and computer outlets, circuits and anticipated usage therefor, (iv) any special purpose rooms, any sinks or other plumbing facilities, heavy items, and any other special electrical, HVAC or other facilities or requirements, including all special loading and related calculations, (v) any space planning considerations to comply with fire or other codes or other governmental or legal requirements, (vi) finish selections, and (vii) any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord, or otherwise required, in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work, or for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing Construction Drawings.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 32.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
