Supplemental Use definition

Supplemental Use means the use of data for purposes above and beyond the uses necessary to provide the Telematics Services or Approved Other Telematics Services which have been subscribed to by each Subscriber, including, without limitation, the sale or other transfer of such data to third parties for purposes above and beyond the uses necessary to provide the Telematics Services or Approved Other Telematics Services which have been subscribed to by each Subscriber.

Examples of Supplemental Use in a sentence

  • Subscriber consent is not necessary for use of aggregate non-personally identifiable data for Supplemental Use, unless otherwise required by applicable Law.

  • However, Subscriber consent for Supplemental Use is only necessary if the Supplemental Use makes use of Personal Information, unless otherwise required by applicable Law.

  • Supplemental Use Payment is required for all additional remaining uses (see “Supplemental Use Payment” below).

  • Supplemental Use of Proceeds The notes are offered to meet investor demand for products that reflect the risk-return profile and market exposure provided by the notes.
