Supplemental Release is defined as a minor release of IDEMIA Software that contains primarily error corrections to an existing Standard Release and may contain limited improvements that do not affect the overall structure of the IDEMIA Software. Depending on Customer’s specific configuration, a Supplemental Release might not be applicable. Examples of Supplemental Release in a sentence

  • This Agreement and the Supplemental Release may be executed in counterparts and by facsimile, and each counterpart and facsimile shall have the same force and effect as an original and shall constitute an effective, binding agreement on the part of each of the undersigned.

Related to Supplemental Release

  • Accidental release means an unanticipated emission of a regulated substance or other extremely hazardous substance into the ambient air from a stationary source.
