Supplemental Plans definition

Supplemental Plans means any excess benefit plan, within the meaning of Section 3(36) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (“ERISA”), or any supplemental executive retirement plan or other employee pension benefit plan, within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA, not intended to be qualified under Section 401 (a) of the Code, maintained by the Company or by ITT Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, in which the Executive is entitled to benefits by virtue of his employment with the Company or prior employment by ITT Corporation.
Supplemental Plans means the Potlatch Corporation Salaried EmployeesSupplemental Benefit Plan and Potlatch Corporation Salaried Supplemental Benefit Plan II and any successor plan.
Supplemental Plans means any and all Company non-qualified benefit plans including, but not limited to, any supplemental retirement plan.

  • In determining Executive's benefits under this paragraph (e)(B), the terms of the Supplemental Plans as in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control, except as expressly modified in this paragraph (e), shall govern.

More Definitions of Supplemental Plans

Supplemental Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.14.
Supplemental Plans means the plan(s) that the Employer maintains for its Employees providing benefits through a group insurance policy or policies, which plan or plans qualifies accident or health plans under Code § 106 (other than a long-term care insurance plan). The Employer may substitute, add, subtract or revise at any time the menu of such plans and/or the benefits, terms and conditions of any such plans. Any such substitution, addition, subtraction or revision will be communicated to Participants and will automatically be incorporated by reference under this Plan. The specific coverage selected by the Employee is considered the Supplemental Insurance Plan coverage for purposes of this Plan (also referred to as "Supplemental Plan benefits").
Supplemental Plans means the Aetna Services, Inc. Supplemental Incentive Savings Plan and the Aetna Services, Inc. Supplemental Pension Benefit Plan (amended and restated as of January 1, 1999).
