Examples of Supplemental Declarations in a sentence
The Additions to the Existing Properties herein authorized shall be brought under and within the jurisdiction of the Association by means of Supplemental Declaration(s) of Covenants and Restrictions, filed of record, with respect to each such addition, which shall extend to such properties, or parts thereof, the scheme of the covenants and restrictions contained in this Declaration, and which shall subject the Lots therein to assessment on the basis set forth herein.
We provide bodily injury and/or property damage coverage if a limit of liability is shown on the Declarations page, the Supplemental Declarations page or on any endorsement attached to this policy.
The following coverages DO NOT APPLY to your policy unless noted on the face of the Supplemental Declarations and the appropriate premium has been paid.
We pay up to $25,000 (or the additional amount specified on the Declarations or Supplemental Declarations) for bodily injury and property damage caused by an occurrence within the coverage territory during the policy period.
The complete Premises and Operations Liability Insurance Coverage (or other insuring form which you select) consists of the Declarations Page, Supplemental Declarations Page, the LS-1 Booklet (or other insuring form booklet that you selected) and other endorsements which may be added, including State required endorsements.
BUT, subject to the above provision regarding “each person”, our total liability, under this endorsement, for all medical expenses for bodily injury to two or more persons as the result of any one accident will not exceed the amount of $25,000 unless an increased amount is shown on the Supplemental Declarations.
COVERAGE L-BODILY INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE We provide bodily injury and/or property damage coverage if a limit of liability is shown on the Declarations page, the Supplemental Declarations page or on any endorsement attached to this policy.

The policy period shown on the Declarations page, the Supplemental Declarations page or other endorsements added to this policy may be for a period of one year or longer.
If Premises Medical Payments, Fire Legal Liability, Product/Completed Operations, or other coverages are added to this policy by endorsement, then the limits of liability and the conditions pertaining to HOW MUCH WE PAY FOR LOSS OR CLAIM under these coverages will be set forth in those endorsements, on the Declarations page, or the Supplemental Declarations page.
