The Supplemental Activities Pay Schedule shall be attached as Appendix B.
Targacept shall supply to GSK reasonable quantities of bulk active Development Candidate or other Progressed Compound as reasonably required for any Supplemental Activities permitted hereunder.
Additionally, all of Brave Nu’s Booking Packages expressly exclude flights, transportation to/ from the Tour destination, visa and/or passport fees, vaccinations, travel insurance, Supplemental Activities (defined below), or other personal expenses.
Supplemental Activities that are not included in the Booking Package are subject to additional costs which will be provided to Tourist by Brave Nu when Tourist makes the request.
Targacept shall offer GSK reasonable cooperation in relation to such Supplemental Activities including, subject to availability and Targacept’s needs to conduct its activities hereunder, the transfer of quantities of compounds, if necessary, to the extent and on the terms provided in Section 3.12.
