Supplement A definition

Supplement A means the supplement to this Plan governing the time and form of payments for participants of the SA Post-2004 Plan, with amounts deferred between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008.

Supplement A means the portion of the benefit referred to in section 2.1(bb)(ii) of the Settlement Agreement, determined in accordance with sections 7 and M4.01 of the 2003 GMCL Plan.

Examples of Supplement A in a sentence

  • Delivery of Prospectus and applicable Pricing Supplement: A copy of the most recent Prospectus and the applicable Pricing Supplement, which pursuant to Rule 434 may be delivered separately from the Prospectus, must accompany or precede the earlier of (a) the written confirmation of a sale sent to an investor or other purchaser or its agent and (b) the delivery of Notes to an investor or other purchaser or its agent.

  • Reference to "this Agreement" shall include the provisions of Supplement A.

  • When using this Agreement with the Standard Department of Education Supplement A complete section 1.1 in that document – do not fill in the form fields in section 1.1 below.

  • This Maintenance Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date stated in Supplement A and continue for an initial period defined in Supplement A (“Initial Term”).

  • RECIPIENT’s sole and exclusive remedy and the PROVIDER’s only obligation under this warranty is to redo the Services until the SOFTWARE conforms to the most recent specifications stated in the documents listed in Supplement A.

  • This Maintenance Agreement shall thereafter renew for successive periods defined in Supplement A (“Renewal Term”), of which PROVIDER will notify RECIPIENT in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date, unless terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party pursuant to Section 3(b) below.

  • In accordance with the terms of this Maintenance Agreement, the PROVIDER will furnish the installation, support, or error-correction services identified on Supplement A (the “Services”) for the SOFTWARE.

  • See the section titled Posting Order Examples in Supplement A to learn more about how transactions post to your account and how they will appear on your periodic statement.

  • Terms used in this Schedule with initial capitalized letters but not defined in this Schedule shall have the respective meanings set forth in Schedule 1 to the MSA, Schedule A-1 to Supplement A or elsewhere in the Agreement.

  • RECIPIENT will pay the PROVIDER the fee(s) set forth on Supplement A to this Maintenance Agreement within forty-five (45) days of the Commencement Date identified in Supplement A.

Related to Supplement A

  • mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;

  • Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Third Schedule;

  • Supplemental Agreement Any supplemental agreement entered into pursuant to Article IX hereof.

  • Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information in respect of a Fund and/or one or more Classes.

  • Participation Agreement means an agreement between an employee and the Company in substantially the form of Appendix A attached hereto, and which may include such other terms as the Committee deems necessary or advisable in the administration of the Plan.
