mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
Supplement means the supplemental terms and conditions that apply to the Cloud Service and that are incorporated in an Order Form.
Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.
Dietary supplement means a product, other than tobacco, that:
Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Seventh Schedule;
Supplement(s) means any document which may add, delete, amend or replace the terms and benefits of this Policy. Supplement(s) shall include but is not limited to endorsement, rider, annex, schedule or table attached and issued with this Policy.
Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be entered into by the Secretary of State and the Company pursuant to which the Company agrees to establish and maintain, and to carry on or provide for the carrying on, and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, an Academy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Supplemental Agreement and this Agreement;
Annex 1 means the IRENA General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services;
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.
the first supplementary agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule;
Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.
Joinder Supplement means an agreement among the Borrower, a Lender, its Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date.
Supplemental Note means, for each Supplemental Loan (whether one or more), if any, the Multifamily Note secured by the Supplemental Instrument for that Supplemental Loan.
Pledge Supplement means any supplement to this agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
the Second Supplementary Agreement means the Second Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.
Supplementary Card The Supplementary Card is the Card issued to a Supplementary Cardmember.
Medicare supplement policy means a group or individual policy of [accident and sickness] insurance or a subscriber contract [of hospital and medical service associations or health maintenance organizations], other than a policy issued pursuant to a contract under Section 1876 of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1395 et. seq.) or an issued policy under a demonstration project specified in 42 U.S.C. § 1395ss(g)(1), which is advertised, marketed or designed primarily as a supplement to reimbursements under Medicare for the hospital, medical or surgical expenses of persons eligible for Medicare. “Medicare supplement policy” does not include Medicare Advantage plans established under Medicare Part C, Outpatient Prescription Drug plans established under Medicare Part D, or any Health Care Prepayment Plan (HCPP) that provides benefits pursuant to an agreement under §1833(a)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act.
Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.
Amending Agreement means the Agreement of which a copy is set out in the Third Schedule to the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Xxx 0000 (which Agreement was approved by the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Act Amendment Act 1968);
Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.
Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
Transfer Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement.
Annex II means Annex II to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.
