mobility supplement means any supplement under article 20 of the Naval, Military and Air Forces Etc. (Disablement and Death) Service Pensions Order 2006(a) including such a supplement by virtue of any other scheme or order or under article 25A of the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983(b);
Supplement with respect to the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus shall be deemed to refer to and include the filing of any document under the Exchange Act after the Effective Date of the Registration Statement or the issue date of the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus, as the case may be, deemed to be incorporated therein by reference. Certain terms used herein are defined in Section 17 hereof.
Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.
Dietary supplement means a product, other than tobacco, that:
Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Fifth Schedule;
Supplements means any document which may add, delete, amend or replace the terms and benefits of this Policy. Supplement(s) shall include but is not limited to endorsement, rider, annex, schedule or table attached and issued with this Policy.
Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement for any Academy which the Academy Trust agrees to establish and maintain and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, which is substantially in the form of the supplemental funding agreement entered into by both parties at the time that this Agreement is signed.
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.
Definitions Schedule means this Schedule 1 (Definitions Schedule) to the Loan Agreement.
Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.
Joinder Supplement means an agreement among the Borrower, a Lender, its Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date.
Supplemental Servicer Schedule With respect to the Mortgage Loans to be serviced by the Master Servicer, a list attached hereto as Exhibit P, which list sets forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan:
Supplemental Note means, for each Supplemental Loan (whether one or more), if any, the Multifamily Note secured by the Supplemental Instrument for that Supplemental Loan.
Pledge Supplement means any supplement to this agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
the Second Supplementary Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 4;
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.
Supplementary Card (if any) refers to any supplementary Card issued by the Bank to a Supplementary Cardmember;
Medicare supplement policy means a group or individual policy of [accident and sickness] insurance or a subscriber contract [of hospital and medical service associations or health maintenance organizations], other than a policy issued pursuant to a contract under Section 1876 of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1395 et. seq.) or an issued policy under a demonstration project specified in 42 U.S.C. § 1395ss(g)(1), which is advertised, marketed or designed primarily as a supplement to reimbursements under Medicare for the hospital, medical or surgical expenses of persons eligible for Medicare. “Medicare supplement policy” does not include Medicare Advantage plans established under Medicare Part C, Outpatient Prescription Drug plans established under Medicare Part D, or any Health Care Prepayment Plan (HCPP) that provides benefits pursuant to an agreement under §1833(a)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act.
Mortgage Supplement means a supplement to the Mortgage substantially in the form of Exhibit A, which shall particularly describe the Airframe and Engines, or any Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine, included in the property of the Owner covered by the Mortgage, or any other supplement hereto.
Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.
Amending Agreement means the Agreement of which a copy is set out in the Third Schedule to the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Act 1963 (which Agreement was approved by the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Act Amendment Act 1968);
Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.
Account Designation Letter means the Notice of Account Designation Letter dated the Closing Date from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1.1(a).
