Supp Charge definition

Supp Charge means a charge that Buyer must pay to Seller with regard to Buyer's exercise of its right to defer the Scheduled Service Date in accordance with the applicable Product Supplement or as otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Supp Charge means the charge associated with a Supp Request.
Supp Charge means the charge associated with a Supp Request. “Supp Request” means a Customer request to delay the Service Date.

Related to Supp Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
