Supervisory Services means services that are performed by a volunteer who is associated with a charitable organization as defined in division (A)(1)(a) or (b) of this section and that involve duties and responsibilities in connection with the supervision of one or more officers, employees, trustees, or other volunteers of that charitable organization.

Supervisory Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).

• The State agrees to provide up to four (4) days leave of absence without loss of pay or benefits for each of three (3) grievance committee members from the Supervisory Services unit.

• Pursuant to the Maine Labor Relations Board certification dated September 7, 1977, the State recognizes the Maine State Employees Association (MSEA-SEIU) as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of representation and negotiations with respect to wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment for all employees included in the Supervisory Services Bargaining Unit.

• The Department of Corrections will provide each Nurse assigned to the Professional and Technical Services Bargaining Unit and the Supervisory Services Bargaining Unit, within the Department of Corrections, with three (3) smocks which must be worn during work time.

• The State agrees to provide up to four (4) days leave of absence without loss of pay or benefits for each of four (4) grievance committee members from the Supervisory Services unit.
