Supervisory Partner definition

Supervisory Partner means PIMCO Advisors L.P. or any additional or ------------------- successor Supervisory Partner as of the effective date that such party shall become a Supervisory Partner of the Employer in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement.
