Supervisory Oversight definition
Supervisory Oversight means the direction of the supervisor with immediate availability.
Supervisory Oversight. Supervise Sales Persons in solicitation of variable insurance products Review applications and premium checks for completeness and accuracy Review applications for suitability Participate in reporting and resolution of any customer complaints. Non-Insurance Services: Insure proper licensing of Sales Persons (insurance and securities) Forward application and checks (if applicable) to appropriate location Record transaction on books and records of Selling Group Member Determine compensation for Sales Persons Issue checks to Sales Persons Track compensation paid to Sales Persons and issue Form 1099 at year end. Actual costs of Selling Group Member supervisory oversight will be determined applying generally accepted accounting principles and shall be determined on a quarterly basis. If, by the last quarter of a calendar year, it becomes apparent that Associated Agency may exceed the New York Insurance Regulation 4228 limits on compensation payments, USL will adjust payments made on new sales to bring Associated Agency into compliance with this statute. If, after the calendar year ends, Associated Agency is still out of compliance with the New York Insurance Regulation 4228 limits, USL will withhold compensation on new sales and/or renewal compensation following the end of the calendar year in which the overpayments were made until Associated Agency is brought into compliance. All reasonable efforts will be made to recoup such overpayments within the 3 month period following the calendar year in which such overpayments were made
Supervisory Oversight. Our supervisory team conducts spot checks in the field, reviews load tickets at inspection towers, and debriefs monitors daily to address any issues and ensure ticket accuracy. Error Detection and Correction: Tower monitors and data entry staff are trained to identify and report ticket errors, enabling field supervisors to implement corrective actions quickly. Roving Monitors & QC Inspectors: Trained roving monitors are deployed to identify ineligible debris (e.g., construction waste), consult with FEMA specialists on eligibility issues, and map debris removal progress. They also ensure contractors avoid private property and adhere to FEMA guidelines. QA/QC Oversight: Designated personnel oversee all activities, inspecting trucks for compliance, halting unsafe work, and ensuring roadways are cleared and mapped. Written confirmation of debris removal completion is provided. Internal Inspections & Compliance: An internal project analyst conducts periodic inspections of documentation and data management to ensure compliance with company standards, County requirements, and federal guidelines.
