Supervisory Intervention definition
Supervisory Intervention means “while there may have been a violation of policy, it was not a willful violation, and/or the violation did not amount to misconduct. The employee’s chain of command is to provide appropriate training, counseling and/or review of deficient policies or inadequate training.”
Examples of Supervisory Intervention in a sentence
Supervisory Intervention shall be non-punitive and is not to be considered discipline in any form or fashion.
The documentation relating to a Supervisory Intervention shall not be placed in the departmental file or the firefighter’s official file at Human Resources.
Supervisory Intervention may not be used in any other evaluation period.
