Supervisory Authority(ies) definition
Supervisory Authority(ies) shall carry the meaning of that term in the GDPR.
Supervisory Authority(ies) means a public authority which is established by a government with jurisdiction to enforce and/or bring claims or actions under Data Protection Law.

Where required to do so, the Parties shall make the results of such audits available to the competent Supervisory Authority/ies.
