Supervisory Authority(ies) definition

Supervisory Authority(ies) shall carry the meaning of that term in the GDPR.
Supervisory Authority(ies) means a public authority which is established by a government with jurisdiction to enforce and/or bring claims or actions under Data Protection Law.

Examples of Supervisory Authority(ies) in a sentence

  • Where required to do so, the Parties shall make the results of such audits available to the competent Supervisory Authority/ies.

  • Identify Supervisory Authority/ies (e.g. in accordance with Clause 13 of the SCCs) Where the EU GDPR applies, the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of Ireland Where the UK GDPR applies, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
