Supervision Committee definition

Supervision Committee means a committee composed of two (2) support employees appointed by the Association and one (1) administrator appointed by the Superintendent, whose purpose is to decide if the condition meets the criteria for sharing sick leave and shall determine by majority vote how many days of shared sick leave the recipient may receive.
Supervision Committee means a committee established under section 58;
Supervision Committee has the meaning set out in the Licence.

Examples of Supervision Committee in a sentence

  • If there are still concerns by the professional employee, they will have three (3) days to appeal and seek recommendations from the Teacher Appraisal Supervision Committee.

  • In the event that the Joint Supervision Committee is unable to agree on such model within forty-five (45) days of ratification or prior to June 30 of the relevant school year, the differences between the parties shall forthwith be forwarded to the Provincial Stability Commission for a binding decision.

  • Where the Local Supervision Committee determines that the number of supervision minutes must increase from the number of minutes per member in the previous year at the school, it will, by May 15th, provide the Central Supervision Committee with the rationale for such increase, a statement confirming that every reasonable effort was made to mitigate the proposed increase, and a draft of the following year’s schedule for final approval.

  • The Central Supervision Committee will consist of equal representatives, up to three (3) people from each of the Board and the Union.

  • In the event of the Concessionaire and the Supervision Committee failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 10 (ten) days’ notice to the Supervision Committee.
