Superseded Software definition
Superseded Software means a version of the Software that has been superseded by a later version, and has been designated as “end of life” under RightNow’s end-of-life policy attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Examples of Superseded Software in a sentence
Entrust may offer to provide Extended Support for such Superseded Software for an additional charge under the terms and conditions of a separate agreement.
RightNow shall have no obligation hereunder for any (i) Hosting Services or Software that have been modified by Customer or any third party; (ii) Superseded Software ; or (iii) any errors, damage or problems in the Hosting Services or Software caused by any third party software, by accidental damage or by other matters beyond RightNow’s reasonable control.
