Superior Rating definition
Superior Rating means the Participant or Affiliate has a Credit Rating of at least A- from S&P, A low from DBRS or A3 from ▇▇▇▇▇’▇.
Superior Rating means a Rating of A- or higher with S&P (if then rated by S&P) and A3 or higher with Moody's (if then rated by Moody's);
