Superintendant definition

Superintendant means the individual employed by the District who has direct responsibility for the routine maintenance and operation of the Water and Sewer Departments.
Superintendant shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 4.2 of these General Conditions.

  • Superintendent means the chief administrative officer of the District or his/her designee.

  • Superintending Engineer means the In-charge Superintending Engineer of the Institute, who as overall In-charge and head of the Institute Works Department shall direct the contract.

  • Incident Commander means a member of Aurizon Network’s Staff who has been delegated responsibility for the direction and coordination of Aurizon Network’s, each relevant Operator’s and the Access Holder’s resources in the performance of their respective roles and tasks at the site of an Incident, recording events during the course of an Incident and liaison with Authorities. Incorporated Provisions means each of the following provisions:
