Upon each installment payment made by the Company pursuant to this Section 2, the Company shall obtain and retain all right, title and interest in and to the Specifications, the Superbike and all Intellectual Property therein.

March Group use all commercially reasonable efforts to organize sponsors for the Superbike and for the business and conduct of March Racing.
