Super Priority Liens definition

Super Priority Liens means any Liens securing the Super Priority Collateral pursuant to the Super Priority Collateral Documents, this Agreement or otherwise.

Super Priority Liens means all Liens on the Super Senior Collateral securing the Super Senior Secured Obligations, whether created under the Super Senior Security Documents or acquired by possession, statute (including any judgment lien), operation of law, subrogation or otherwise.

Related to Super Priority Liens

  • Second Priority Liens means all Liens on the Second Priority Collateral securing the Second Priority Claims, whether created under the Second Priority Security Documents or acquired by possession, statute (including any judgment lien), operation of law, subrogation or otherwise.

  • First Priority Liens means all Liens that secure the First Priority Lien Obligations.

  • Permitted Priority Liens means Liens permitted under any of the clauses (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (i) of Section 9.02.

  • First Priority Lien means any Lien created by the First Priority Security Documents.

  • First Priority Documents means the First Priority Agreement, each First Priority Security Document and each First Priority Guarantee.
