The Super-Agent shall not be permitted to assign any of its duties and obligations under this Agreement without Airtel’s prior written consent.
The Super-Agent shall comply in all respects and at all times with its obligations as set out in this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions set out in the Airtel Website and in the AML/CFT Guide contained herein as Annex 3.
