An affiliate of Manager, Cadence Acquisition, LLC a Colorado limited liability company (“Cadence”) has entered into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale and Joint Escrow Instructions to acquire the Property from ‘Sunset G▇▇▇▇▇▇ Plaza, L.P., a California limited partnership, and 7441 Sunset, LLC, a California limited liability company, dated as of November 24, 2015 (the “Purchase Agreement”).
