Sundries definition

Sundries means the items referred to in Item 11 of the Schedule.
Sundries means different small consignments considered collectively. Sundry load(s) are NOT one Truck or Trailer load. For carriage it can be combined with consignments not belonging to the Company (OIL) in the carriage.
Sundries means all secondary items necessary and required to install a primary item or Material including, without limitation, any and all wire nuts, tapes, screws, and bolts, and shall be considered included as part of “Materials”, at no additional cost or expense to the City.
