Sundown definition

Sundown or any confusingly similar word; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not prohibit the use of the trademark "Rexall Showcase" as permitted under that certain Trademark License Agreement, which agreement constitutes one of the Ancillary Agreements. The parties acknowledge that any remedy at law for the breach of this agreement would be inadequate, and Seller and Royal Numico hereby consent to the granting of an injunction or equitable relief in order that any such breach may be effectively restrained.
