SUNARP definition

SUNARP means the Borrower’s Real Property Registry (Registro de Predios) under the National Superintendency of Public Registries (Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos) established pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 26366 (the Superintendency of Public Registries Law) as amended to the date of this Agreement;
SUNARP. It is the National Superintendence of Public Registries.
