Summit Seller definition

Summit Seller means each of the persons referred to at the beginning of this Agreement under (1) to (4), and “Summit Sellers” means all of them.
Summit Seller means each of the entities identified as a “Summit Seller” on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • The Boards of Directors of each of Summit, Seller, CSC and Buyer believe it is in the best interests of each company and their respective securityholders that Buyer acquire certain listed assets and assume certain listed liabilities of Seller (the "Acquisition").

  • Primary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as the principal supplier of the Goods and/or Services required under this Agreement.

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.
